The District Clerk’s Office does not provide forms.

2. How do I file an answer once I have been served with a citation?

As indicated on the citation, you have 20 days from the date of service to file an answer with our office.

3. How can I obtain a copy of my divorce decree, judgment or orders?

You may obtain a copy in person or by mail.
